Why Choose Falcon CNC Swiss for Brass Fittings?

We manufacture our Swiss CNC lathes and multi-axis turning centres with precision, speed and repeatability. Typically, traditional turning takes place on a bar which is supported from two ends; however, Swiss machining uses a system of support at the point of cutting to provide more stability, achieve higher accuracy, yield better straightness, and maintain closer tolerances — especially for small diameter brass parts or long diameter brass parts. Here's why OEMs and contractors rely on us for brass compression fittings, threaded connectors, and custom plumbing components:

    • Swiss machining – Perfect for small diameter, long, or complex brass parts. Handles up to 600mm length with excellent straightness.

    • Precision CNC turning – We hold ±0.0004″ (0.01mm) on critical dimensions like sealing surfaces and thread roots.

    • High volume production – Automated bar feeders and multi-spindle cells handle 10,000 – 500,000+ pieces per month with consistent quality.

    • Wide product range – Elbows, tees, nipples, caps, adapters, couplings, flare connectors, push-fit, and more.

    • Lead free brass available – C46400 and C69300 alloys compliant with NSF/ANSI 61 for drinking water systems.

    • In-house secondary ops – Polishing, plating (nickel, chrome), passivation, anti-tarnish coating — all under one roof.

Materials We Work With – Including Lead Free Brass

We offer machining on both standard as well as specialty alloys of brass. We only source our materials from reputable suppliers; therefore, if you supply your own material to us, we will comply with your required specifications/certifications or leftover inventory, if applicable.

    • C360 Free-Cutting Brass - Good machinability (easy to machine), very suitable for high-production runs. Has excellent properties for use in threaded fittings.

    • C260 Cartridge Brass - Very good cold-working; suitable for deep draws and thin walls.

    • C37700 Forging Brass - Best suited for forged connectors and applications requiring high-strength.

    • Lead-Free Brass (C46400, C69300) - Safe drinking water systems compliant to NSF/ANSI 61 and compliant to RoHS material.

    • C101 / C110 Copper - Good for electrical grounding/heat transfer fittings.

    • Silicon Bronze - Best suited for marine/saltwater applications.

All products are accompanied by a Mill Certificate if requested. We also offer testing and certification for critical applications.

    Industries We Serve

Brass pipe connectors and plumbing fixtures are used across many different fields. Below are just a few of the most popular ways they are used.

    • Plumbing (Residential & Commercial): Water lines, drainage systems, shut-off valves.

    • HVAC/Refrigeration: Fittings for compressors, refrigerant lines, connections for gas.

    • Hydraulics/Pneumatics: Fittings at high pressures, air-line connectors.

    • Gas Distribution: Fittings for natural gas, propane and LPG with either flare fitting or NPT threads.

    • Agriculture: Hose barbs, camlocks, adapters for drip system use.

    • Marine & Automotive: Fuel line connectors, fittings for cooling systems.

    • Medical & Lab: Gas fittings, vacuum connectors, instrumentation.

Regardless of your industry, all manufactured items undergo rigorous quality assurance testing. Each uses a minimum of 3 in-process inspections (DIA tests), and 1 post-process inspection (using CMM and threaded gauges). With high-volume manufacturing, statistical process control (SPC) is applied to assure that there is absolute uniformity from tens of thousands of parts produced.

    Why Falcon CNC Swiss?

We don't only claim we're experts; we demonstrate it on a daily basis. The reasons that clients stay with us for many years are:

    • Experience: Our company has been precision machining brass for over 20 years, completed thousands of successful projects and have been confronted with nearly every design issue encountered by our clients.

    • Expertise: Our in-house engineers will assist you in optimizing your design for production, several of our engineers are certified in GD&T and have the ability to provide cost-effective alternatives that will not change the function of the part.
