    The customer faced three critical challenges with their previous supply chain when sourcing industrial machine parts for their diverse equipment portfolio.


    First, inconsistent hole position accuracy caused assembly alignment issues across multiple product lines. Holding ±0.01 mm positional tolerance on precision holes (up to 18 holes per component) across aluminum 6061-T6 proved difficult for general machine shops due to thermal expansion and fixturing errors.     5. Anodized finish: Type II anodizing per MIL-A-8625 with clear or black dye (customer option). Process parameters controlled to achieve uniform coating thickness (0.02–0.03 mm).
